hai everyone... so this is the 2nd day... harini mood happy, no tension, still excited. Selalunya aii ssh nak diet, mcm2 alasan... but now i am very happy to do this for better life, not just for slimming.
With slimming dali, my energy super terbaek... aii dah x penat... best sgt uolz. harus cuba... but mesti kurangkan kuantiti mknn anda... bnykkkan minum air. kalau nak result yg gempak... kena kurangkan kuantiti makanan specially carbo dan mesti minum bnyk air... for those yg ada gastrik, bila gastrik dtg just minum air... gastrik akan hilang.
