My 2nd Day With Slimming Dali



Assalammualaikum


hai everyone... so this is the 2nd day... harini mood happy, no tension, still excited. Selalunya aii ssh nak diet, mcm2 alasan... but now i am very happy to do this for better life, not just for slimming. 

With slimming dali, my energy super terbaek...  aii dah x penat... best sgt uolz. harus cuba... but mesti kurangkan kuantiti mknn anda... bnykkkan minum air. kalau nak result yg gempak... kena kurangkan kuantiti makanan specially carbo dan mesti minum bnyk air... for those yg ada gastrik, bila gastrik dtg just minum air... gastrik akan hilang.


Wednesday (5 Sept 2012)= 85.5KG

Breakfast Soya bean, green tea & Plain water

Lunch: Nasi putih 3 sudu mkn, acar, sotong 4 potong (kecil2),  
       green tea & plain water


Green Tea & Plain Water
(x rasa lapar pulak harini)

Dinner: Nasi putih 2 sudu mkn, acar, ayam masak merah (size kecil
        sebesar 2 ibu jari), green tea with plain water.

*harini mmg terbaek, aii x lapar mcm semlm, gastrik pun xder... i
 just minum air and green tea...

*mkn tetap makan yer... jgn skip... just kurangkan kuantiti...

My First Day With Slimming Dali

Hai everyone... this is my first day with Slimming Dali...
so exited to try this product and very confident...


Malas pulak aiii nak berspiking london ni... actually, my 1st day tu kemarin... tp harini baru terhegeh2 nak publish... mggu lepas dah start diet dah tp x mkn apa2 product just control nafsu makan. tp its work dari 89KG aii turun 86KG... itu pun sbb i want to prove yg aii boleh slim to someone yg hina aii... tp xper aii ambik +ve side. so ai pun godek2, selongkar2 almari pacik google and finally i found this product (Slimming Dali) with recommended from my sister. 

Tuesday  (4 Sept 2012) = 86KG

Breakfast: Soya Bean with plain water

Lunch: Nasi putih 2 sudu makan, acar, sayur kacang, ikan with plain water

4.00PM: Nasi putih 2 sudu makan, acar, ayam masak merah (ala size sebesar ibu jari saja) with plain water

5.30PM: Cake lapis 1 slice sgt nipis hokey with plain water

7.00PM: Pisang Goreng (1 aja) with plain water

9.00PM: pisang Goreng (1 aja) with plain water

10.00PM: Karipap (1 aja) with plain water *diet apa ni

11.30PM: Nasi Putih 1 sudu makan, ikan+sambal Udang with plain water

*Gastrik melampau... what the????? SABAR

*Berpeluh cuma lite2 saja. Apakah???

*Just think +ve

*Mesti bnyk minum air yer

*Energy mmg terbaek....
